BBC tv coverage for 2015 season

The BBC will only cover some of the races live and the remainder will have highlight programmes that are aired some time after the completion of the race.

The ten live races are :- Malaysia, Bahrain, Canada, Britain, Hungary, Belgium, Japan, Russia, Brazil and Abu Dhabi.

I guess that I just got used to watching highlight programmes rather than live races during 2013 and 2014. Of course there were some live races also covered by the BBC but somehow my level of enthusiam has gone down a notch as a result of the changes. It took over thirty years to do it but I am now happy to watch tv replays and update this website with results as and when I feel like it.

As I only spend six months of each year in England, I will not be using Sky.

I was more than happy with Suzi Perry as the presenter and the commentary of Ben Edwards.

Let's hope that the races are not too boring again. Driving around sandy circuits under artificial lighting is not what I want to see. I have been to see races at Silverstone, Brands Hatch, Monaco, and Spa. Somehow the desire to go to Bahrain or Abu Dhabi does not exist. It is good to see the Austrian Grand Prix remains on the calendar.
